Retrieve Software Requirements:
  • Windows 2000, XP, or higher
  • *Microsoft .Net 2.0
  • **Microsoft Excel 2000 or higher
  • Working Retail Link ID (we do not provide Retail Link access or IDs)
NOTE: The trial version is the full Enterprise edition of Retrieve with support for two Retail Link IDs. Retrieve Standard supports a single ID.

WINDOWS 7 Users: Some users may receive a certificate error on the Retail Link login page, if you experience this problem, please give us a call and we will help resolve the issue.

Microsoft Office Interop Assemblies

You may need one of these packages if you have Office 20xx installed but receive an error that the Office Interop Assemblies are missing. Only download these if you are having problems with the Copy To Workbook and Remove Recipe features. Please ask your IT team for assistance if needed.
* Microsoft's .Net 2.0 Framework must be installed on your PC in order for Retrieve to operate. The .NET framework is a free download from Microsoft's Web site. Almost every Windows PC with current patches should already have .Net installed.
** Microsoft Excel 2000 or higher is required only for the Copy to Workbook and Remove Recipe features to function properly. All other features will be fully functional even without Excel.
